A Study of Military Power in Informationized Warfare

广义地看,军权就是统帅武装力量的军政权与军令权的组合。随着时代的变迁,军权的配置与规制经历了长时间的历史演进,这是与政治体制分不开的。在新军事变革的历史条件下,以军权配置为核心的军队改革势在必行,但是我们不能照搬西方国家在其独特国情下形成的军权结构,而是要在信息化条件下着眼战争形态和制胜机理并打造具有中国特色的国防和军队改革蓝图。

In a broad sense,military power is a combination of military administration power and military commanding power of the armed forces.As time changes,the allocation and regulation of military power evolves,which is indispensable from the political system.In the historical condition of new military revolution,the military transformation with the military power allocation as the core is inevitable.However,it is not correct to copy the military power structure of the western countries which originated in their own special national situation.The national defense and military transformation schedule with Chinese characteristics should be planned in the view of war form and winning elements under the information situation.
