依法治国方针的确立和把依法治军从严治军纳入依法治国总体布局并作为强军之基,要求必须强化全军法治思维,按照法治要求转变治军方式,开创军队建设新局面。用法治思维推进政治工作创新发展就是要在深刻理解法治思维深刻内涵的基础上,积极营造法治思维的良好条件,着力提高运用法治思维的实践能力。

With the establishment of running the state according to the law,leading the military according to the law and managing the military strictly are included in the overall layout as the base of strengthening the military.It is a necessity to strengthen the law framework of the whole PLA,change the military management method according to the law,and initiate a new prospect of the military construction.To promote the political work in an innovative way is to create a sound situation for law framework actively and improve the practical ability of utilizing the law framework based on understanding deeply the meaning of the law framework.
