责任伦理视域下“负责任创新”的概念框架与现实意义

A Discussion both of Conceptual Frameworks and Practical Implications of Responsible Innovation from the Perspective of the Ethics of Responsibility

负责任创新（RI）是近年来兴起于欧美科技伦理学界的研究热点,其对创新过程及其后果中＂责任＂问题的普遍关注引发了对责任伦理的深刻反思。本文从追溯作为负责任创新的理论来源之一的责任伦理入手,基于文献分析系统考察负责任创新中＂责任＂概念的理论框架,并提出负责任创新对于创新驱动发展战略下科技创新治理的现实意义。

Responsible innovation（ RI） has become a hot issue among the circle of scientific and technological ethics in Europe and America recent years.Furthermore,the issue of responsibilities both in innovational processes and their impacts bring about the profound introspect of the ethics of responsibility. T his paper starts from the ethics of responsibility regarded as one of the origins of RI,then systematically reviews the theoretical framew orks of the notion ‘responsibility＇associated w ith pertinent literature. Finally,the practical implications for the innovational governance under the strategy of innovation-driven development are proposed based on the previous framew orks.
