Constructing Civilized City in the Perspectives of National Governance Modernization

国家治理现代化是一项全面发展的系统化工程,它与文明城市创建之间存在内在相关性。一方面,国家治理现代化总目标的提出对文明城市创建工作提出了新的要求;另一方面,文明城市创建也有利于推进国家治理现代化的整体进程。因此,根据国家治理现代化的要求,促进多元主体共同参与创建工作,完善相关法律制度建设,以现代国家治理理念来引导文明城市创建工作,能够极大地推进文明城市创建的整体进程。

The modernization of state governance is a comprehensive and systematic project,which is inherently related to the creation of civilized city. On the one hand,the overall goal of national governance modernization put forward new requirements for the construction of civilized city; on the other hand,the construction of civilized cities is also conducive to promoting the overall process of national governance modernization. Therefore,according to the requirements of modernization of national governance,it is necessary to promote the establishment of the work of the multiple subject,to improve the construction of the relevant legal system,and to guide the creation of the civilized city with the modern national governance concept,which can greatly promote the overall process of the creation of civilized city.
