社交媒介微信的日常使用与人际关系的建构——一项基于扎根理论的探索性研究

Daily Use of WeChat and Construction of Interpersonal Relationship——An Exploratory Research Based on Grounded Theory

微信作为社交媒介，是用户进行信息互动、交流沟通的重要平台。本研究以大学生日常的微信使用行为为研究对象，探讨用户是如何借助于微信使线下人际关系延伸到网络空间中以及微信人际关系具有怎样的特点。同时研究运用扎根理论，对大学生的微信使用情况进行深度访谈，对访谈资料进行三级编码和理论抽象，从而来探讨微信人际关系中的张力与调控。本研究发现，大学生建构的微信人际关系具有易生易死性和不确定性；同时通过讯息控制和情境控制来缓解微信人际关系雏护中的紧张和矛盾，从而建构网络人际交往中的“我-你”之关系。

As a social media, WcChat has become an important platform for users to interact and communicate with each other. Taking the behaviors in WeChat among college students as research object, this paper investigates the procedure in which users extend their offline interpersonal relationship into net-work space by WoChat, and the characteristics of relationships in it. On the basis of grounded theory, these studies conducts in-depth interviews with c students on their WeChat usages, then code and Abstract the data to discuss the tensions and regulations in WeChat relationships. It concludes that WeChat interpersonal relationships among college students are susceptible to death and uncertainty. Meanwhile, one can construct the ＂you-me＂ relationship on net when information control and situation control are applied to alleviate the tensions and contradictions in WeChat relationship maintenance.
