电针联合当归芍药散治疗功能性肛门直肠痛30例

30 Cases of Functional Anorectal Pain Treatment with Electro-acupuncture Combined with Saoyao Danggui Powder

目的:评价电针联合当归芍药散治疗功能性肛门直肠痛患者的疗效。方法:收集就诊于我院的60例功能性肛门直肠痛患者,并随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组予以电针长强、腰俞、大肠俞、上巨虚、承山、太冲穴及中药当归芍药散口服,对照组予以电针长强、腰俞、大肠俞、上巨虚、承山、太冲穴。治疗2个疗程,对比两组的疼痛视觉模拟评分、肛门直肠压及有效率来评定两种治疗方案的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分、直肠静息压、肛管静息压、最大缩榨压及有效率都低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合当归芍药散治疗功能性肛门直肠痛效果较佳,不良反应较少。

Objetive： To estimate the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combin-ed Danggui Shaoyao Powder treatment of functional anorectal pain. Methods： A total of 60 patients with functional anal rectal pain were collected from our hospital,and were divided into observation group 30 cases and control group at random 30 cases. To give electro-acupuncture Changqiang、Yaoshu、Dachangshu、Shangjuxu、Chengshan、Taichong points and Danggui Shaoyao Powder oral to the observation group,the control group was treated with electro-acupuncture Changqiang、Yaoshu、Dachangshu、Shangjuxu、Chengshan、Taichong points. Two groups were treated for two courses,comparison with the VAS score,anorectal pressure and efficiency of the two groups and to assess the two treatment options for therapeutic effect. Results： After treatment,the visual simulation score of the pain,the resting pressure of the anal canal and the maximum compression pressure were lower than the control group,with striking difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect is better treatment Functional Anorectal Pain with combine the electro-acupuncture with Danggui Shaoyao Powder.
