运用中医治未病理论探索高血压前期中医健康管理模式

Exploration of TCM Health Management Mode in Prehypertension by Theory of Preventive Treatment of Disease

高血压前期是一种亚健康状态,是介乎正常血压和高血压之间的一种灰色地带。从中医学角度来看,高血压前期对应"潜病欲病""欲病未病"等中医未病范畴。而中医治未病理论成熟,方法多样,其指导下的中医特色健康管理路径规范,体系完整,能够为高血压病的防治提供方法理论支持。本文通过探索中医治未病理论指导下的高血压前期健康管理新模式,旨在形成一个"健康管理—定期检测—健康干预—回到理想血压"的良性循环,为高血压前期的防治提供思路。

Prehypertension is a state of sub-health,which is between a grey area between normal blood pressure and high blood pressure. From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine,pre hypertension corresponds to latent disease desire disease,desire disease not disease and other TCM disease categories. The theory of disease prevention and treatment of TCM is mature,the method is various,the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic health management path specification,the system is complete,can provide the method theory support for the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Through exploring the new model of pre hypertension health management under the guidance of TCM preventive treatment theory,this paper aims to form a virtuous cycle of health management-regular detection-health intervention-back to ideal blood pressure,and provide ideas for prevention and treatment of prehypertension.
