许叔微《伤寒九十论》临证方药初探

A Preliminary Study on the Method of Clinical Application of Drugs in XU Shu-wei's Shanghan Jiushi Lun

许叔微为宋代著名新安医家,其所著《伤寒九十论》所载医案大多选用仲景经方,但又不拘于经方,针对病证的变化能灵活化裁,所用方剂简便而疗效突出,针对伤寒病证的发展传变,辨明病情的寒热虚实,适时采用伤寒下法;强调伤寒以真气为主,危证喜用奇方重剂。许氏辨治伤寒虽有其特定历史条件的局限性,但他的理论与实践经验对当今临床仍具有重要的指导作用和实用价值。

XU Shu-wei was a famous Xin＇an doctor in the song dynasty. His most prescription of cases in Shanghan Jiushi Lun came from ZHANG Zhong-jing ＇s classical prescription,but he did not stick to the classical prescription. He cut prescription flexibly according to the change of disease. His prescription was simple and effective. He aimed at the development of typhoid syndrome,identified the cold and heat of the illness,timely applied appropriate methods to treat typhoid fever. He emphasised on it is mainly to preserve the genuine qi in the treatment of typhoid syndrome. He liked to use exotic remedies and harsh medicine against the danger. XU＇s treatment of typhoid was limited by its specific historical conditions,while,his theory and practical experience still have important guiding role and practical value for clinical practice.
