外感发热患儿施行中药贴敷与物理降温法的疗效观察

The Observation on the Efficacy of Chinese Herbal Sticking and Physical Cooling Therapy in Children with Exogenous Fever

目的:探讨风热型外感发热患儿在发热过程中采取中药贴敷法与物理降温法对其临床降温效果的观察。方法:从某市立医院儿科门诊选取60例发热患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组行中药贴敷法与物理降温法,对照组行常规西药布洛芬口服液治疗,观察两组患儿的临床治疗和降温效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗的有效率(96.7%)明显高于对照组患儿(76.7%),P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:对发热患儿施行中药贴敷法与物理降温法降温效果显著,而且安全无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the cooling effect of clinical application of Chinese medicine patching and physical cooling methods in fever of children with exogenous fever. Methods： 60 feverish patients were selected as a research objects from a pediatric outpatient clinic of a municipal hospital. They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine patching and physical cooling methods,and the control group was took Ibuprofen Oral Solution of routine western medicine,and observed the clinical treatment and cooling effect of the two groups. Results： The effective rate（ 96. 7%） of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（ 76. 7%）,P〈0. 05,with statistical significance.Conclusion： The application of Chinese medicine patching and physical cooling methods in treatment children in fever has significant cooling effect,it is safe and without toxic side effects,and is worth of clinical promotion and application.
