椎间孔镜配合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例

Hole Mirror Combined with Fumigation and Washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc for 60 Cases

目的:观察孔镜配合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取我科收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予椎间孔镜治疗,观察组在椎间孔镜术后按疗程配合中药熏洗。观察记录两组患者术前、术后10d、5周、3月、6月、12月的腰腿痛VAS评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)。结果:所有病例均获有效随访,术后10d、5周、3月、6月、12月的VAS评分及ODI观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孔镜配合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显,可为临床提供参考。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of hole mirror combined with fumigation and washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. methods： A total of 120 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion from february 2015 to february 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases each. The control group given intervertebral foramen mirror treatment,the treatment group in the postoperative intervertebral foramen mirror treatment for traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment. Observed two groups of patients before operation,10 days after operation,5 weeks,3 months,6 months,12 months of lumbocrural pain VAS score and Oswestry disability index ODI. Results： All cases received follow-up effectively,the treatment group 10 days after operation,5 weeks,3 months,6 months,12 months of VAS score and Oswestry disability index ODI were significantly lower than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： hole mirror combined with fumigation and washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc have curative effect significantly,which can provide ideas for clinical treatment.
