基于文献分析研究针刺治疗单纯性肥胖特定穴选用规律

Study on the Selection Rules of Specific Acupoints with Acupuncture for Treating Simple Obesity Based on Literature Analysis

目的:基于现代文献挖掘技术,探讨针刺治疗单纯性肥胖特定穴选用规律。方法:采用计算机检索方式,以"针刺"和"单纯性肥胖""特定穴"为主题词进行检索,对1990-2016年中国知网、维普网、Med Sci梅斯医学网、万方医学网中符合针刺或针刺配合其他疗法治疗单纯性肥胖的相关文献进行检索及梳理,并以人工阅读方法,按纳入排除标准进行筛选,得到相关文献104篇,整理分析特定穴选用规律。结果:通过分析发现临床针刺治疗单纯性肥胖选穴以特定穴为主。选穴个数为35,百分比74.5%;频数为1325,频率86.6%;特定穴选用以募穴、五输穴、八会穴、下合穴、络穴、八脉交会穴、背俞穴较多。结论:本研究通过运用数据挖掘手段对针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症的部分文献进行筛选和整理,得出针刺治疗单纯性肥胖在"辨证选穴"原则上,遵循经络原理,循经取穴,同时取穴集中在特定穴上(以四肢的五输穴、下合穴为主),体现了特定穴对治疗单纯性肥胖的重要作用。

Objective： To explore the rules of acupuncture for selecting specific points for treating simple obesity based on modern literature mining technology. Methods： Using computer search,we searched the keywords of ＂ acupuncture＂ and ＂ simple obesity＂ and ＂special acupoints＂. From 1990 to 2016,we searched Chinese Knowledge Network,VGP Network,Med Sci Metz Medical Network and Wanfang Medical Network,in accordance with acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies for the treatment of simple obesity related literature retrieval and sorting,and artificial reading method,according to the inclusion criteria for screening,obtained 104 articles,finishing analysis of the selection rules of specific points. Results： Through the analysis we found that the clinical acupuncture treatment of simple obesity points to a specific point-based. The number of elective points was 35,the percentage was 74.5%; the frequency was 1325 and the frequency was 86. 6%. The special points were mainly focus on Front-mu points,Five-shu acupuncture points,Eight influential points,Lower confluent point,Collateral points,Eight confluence points,Back-shu points.Conclusion： In this study,part of the literature of acupuncture treatment of simple obesity was screened and collated by means of data mining. It is concluded that in acupuncture treatment of simple obesity,acupoints are concentrated on specific acupoints（ mainly on the five points of the extremities and inferior acupoints）,which reflects the important role of acupoints in the treatment of simple obesity.
