摘要
目的:通过蛋清致大鼠足肿胀和平皿法体外抑菌两个实验来研究鼻肺咳方对早期急性炎症的抑制作用和体外抑菌作用。方法:通过向大鼠趾皮下注射致炎物(新鲜鸡蛋清液),引起炎症介质的释放,造成足肿胀炎症模型,计算足肿胀度的变化来观察受试药对早期炎症的抑制作用;采用平皿法观察受试药物对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑制作用。结果:鼻肺咳方高剂量(13.6 g生药/kg)和中剂量(6.8g生药/kg)能明显降低大鼠足肿胀度,高、中剂量抑制率高峰分别达22.12%、17.24%;鼻肺咳方对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、溶血性链球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为100、50、50、25mg/mL。结论:鼻肺咳方高剂量(13.6 g生药/kg)和中剂量(6.8g生药/kg)对早期急性炎症有明显的抑制作用;鼻肺咳方浓度25~100mg/mL具有体外抑菌作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Bifeike prescription on anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Methods: Actions of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial were observed by rat paw edema test and bacteriostasis in vitro test. Result: The results showed that 13.6 g crude drugs/kg,6. 8 g crude drugs/kg of Bifeike prescription could significantly reduce degree of rat paw edema,the maximal inhibiton ratio respectively was 22. 12%,17. 24%; Bifeike prescription could inhibit growth of staphylococcus aureus,streptococcus pneumonia,streptococcus hemolyticus and pseudomonas aeruginosa,the MIC respectively was 100 mg/m L,50 mg/m L,50 mg/m L,50 mg/m L.Conclusion: The dose 13. 6 g crude drugs/kg、6. 8 g crude drugs/kg of Bifeike prescription has satisfactory activity of anti-inflammatory and 25 ~ 100 mg/m L of Bifeike prescription has antibacterial activity in vitro.
