中医药海外教育与文化传播策略探讨

Strategies of Overseas Education and Cultural Transmission of Chinese Medicine

中医药作为我国原创并独具特色的医学体系尚未得到西方社会和医学界的广泛认同,中医药文化传播不力、西方民众对中医药认可率低是其中重要的原因。中医药在防病治病和养生保健方面的巨大价值使得中医药文化的海外发展必然有着光明前景,关键是加大中医药的海外教育和文化传播,而要做好这一工作,必须制定渐进发展规划、发挥高端引领作用、满足文化多元互补愿望、规范教育和传播行为以及促进法律法规的保障,这是实现中医药海外教育和文化传播的重要策略。

Chinese medicine,as an original and unique medical system of China,has not been well-acknowledged in western societies and medical fields. The major reasons for this lie in the ineffectiveness of cultural transmission of Chinese medicine（ CM） and the low recognition rate of CM among the western public. The value of CM in health maintenance,illness-prevention and illness-treatment enables it to have a bright prospective in the overseas development of CM culture. The key to this development is to enhance CM overseas education and cultural transmission. The significant strategies for the realization of the goal include the＂must＂to design a gradual development plan,the full play of the leading role of top-level CM practitioners,the desire-meeting of mutually multi-cultural complementation,the stipulating of the behaviors of CM education and transmission,and the enforcement of lawful and regulation guarantees.
