摘要
介绍了"两线五面"人才培养模式的构成:围绕教与学"同频共振"理念,紧密贯穿"教与学"两线,以"师资—课堂—实践—创新—协同"五面作为"调频"主体,开展人才培养模式探索;阐释了"两线五面"人才培养模式的实践措施:即构建了"激励-规范-提升"的三元互动师资培育体系、开展了"学生主演、教师导演"的课堂教学改革、实施了"项目为载体"的学期制实践教学、践行了线上线下相结合的创新教育、实现了"双主体、多途径"校企(院)协同育人。
This paper introduced the constitution of the talent training mode of " two lines and five sides" The concept of " co-frequency resonance" around Teaching and Learning,Close together the two line of " teaching and learning". It took the five aspects of teacher,classroom,practice,innovation and coordination as the main body of " frequence modulation",and explored the mode of talent training. The practical measures for the talent training mode of " two lines and five sides" were explained: setted up " incentive-specification-promotion" three yuan interactive teacher cultivation system,carryed out the classroom teaching reform of " student starring and teacher director",carryed out the term practice teaching of " project as the carrier",Practiced the innovation education of the combination of online study and offline study,achieved " double subject,multi way" school enterprise( College) Co-educating people.
