我国护理人员科研素养现状分析及对策研究

Situation Analysis and Countermeasures of Scientific Research Literacy Among Nursing Staff in China

本文通过对我国护理人员科研素养现状进行分析,指出影响和困扰我国护理人员科研素养的几大因素。提出了解决我国护理人员科研素养偏低的根本措施,一是客观上医院要尽可能为护理人员营造良好的科研环境和激励政策,二是主观上护理人员要重视并积极参与到科学研究中去。通过医院和护理人员共同努力,才能逐步缩短我国护理科研同国外的差异。

This paper analyzed the situation of scientific research accomplishment of nursing staff in China,and pointed out several factors affecting and bothering the scientific research accomplishment of nursing staff in china. Putting forward to solve the fundamental measures of scientific research of nursing staff in China was low quality objectively to the hospital as soon as possible to create a good environment for scientific research and incentive policies for nursing staff,subjective nursing staff should pay attention to and actively participate in scientific research. Through the joint efforts of hospitals and nursing staff,we can gradually reduce the differences between nursing research and foreign countries.
