摘要 [目的/意义]为高校院系实施标杆管理时选择最佳标杆对象提供普适方法。[方法/过程]运用各向异性欧氏距离的概念,建立模糊数学综合评价模型,给出最佳标杆对象的选取流程,并结合相关实例进行验证。[结果/结论]相关实例表明所构建的数学模型和选取标杆的流程,具有一定科学性和合理性。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide a universal method to select the best benchmark object in the process of benchmarking management for the departments in university. [Method/process]The paper employs the notion of anisotropic Euclidean distance to set up a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics, shows the selecting process of the best benchmark object, and verifies it with relevant instances. [Result/conclusion]The relevant examples demonstrate that our mathematical model and selecting flow of benchmark are scientific and reasonable to some extent.
