基于文献计量的全球生命科学与医学研究态势分析

Bibliometrics-based Analysis of Research Trends of Global Life Science and Medicine

[目的/意义]对世界范围内的生命科学与医学研究论文产出进行分析。[方法/过程]利用In Cites TM数据库,采用文献计量法,分析1997—2016年生命科学与医学研究论文的发文量、来源国家(地区)、发文机构、研究热点等。[结果/结论]近20年来,全球生命科学与医学论文的发文量总体呈现平稳增长的发展态势,美国及其研究机构的论文产出量世界第一,瑞士研究论文质量较高,临床医学学科是全球生命科学与医学研究的重点领域。中国大陆在该领域的论文数量排名第五,但引文影响力略低于世界平均水平,与欧美发达国家差距较大,并提出推动该领域研究进展的建议。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze the papers on life science and medicine around the world. [Method/process]The paper bases on literature analysis and In CitesTMdatabase, analyzes the papers on life science and medicine in 1997—2016 from aspects of papers＇ amount, source countries（regions）, source institutions and research hotspots. [Result/conclusion]Over the past 20 years, the amount of the global life science and medical research articles shows an overall stable growth trend, the United States and its research institutions have absolute advantage in quantity, Swiss has absolute advantage in quality, the global life science and medical research focuses on clinical medicine. China ranks fifth in terms of number of articles published, but the citation influence is lower than the world average, and there is still gap between China and western developed countries. Also, the paper puts forward suggestions on promoting the study of this field in China.
