摘要
综述了上海电气电站设备有限公司汽轮机厂(STP)超超临界汽轮机系列产品近10年的开发业绩以及12项先进技术的发展和应用状况。与2006年相比,STP于2015年制造的超超临界汽轮机的热耗下降了3.8%~5.5%;正在研发的610℃/630℃机型的热耗下降幅度可达6.7%~8.3%;新的650℃材料以及700℃示范机组的研究开发表明,洁净燃煤发电效率尚有更大的提升空间。
The development progress of the ultra-supercritical(USC)steam turbine in STP in the last decade is reviewed,including 12 advanced technologies and applications.Compared with 2006,the heat rate of steam turbines manufactured in 2015 has been decreased by 3.8%-5.5%.Furthermore,the ongoing research on the new 610℃/630℃turbine aims to further reduce the heat rate by 6.7%-8.3%.According to the new research on 650℃ materials and the 700℃ demonstration unit,it is showed that the efficiency of clean coalfired power generating is able to be further improved.
