摘要
结合大型汽轮机参与灵活性调峰的需求,就转子热应力计算模型的理论解析法、数值差分法、温度探针法、传热惯性法等主流算法进行了介绍和分析。重点分析了传热惯性法的起源与发展,分析结果表明,传热惯性法具有速度快、精度高的特点,在大型机组参与灵活性调峰时能够保证汽轮机转子的安全,值得推广应用。
With the background of requiring large-capacity steam turbines to participate in power peaking,theoretical analysis method,numerical difference method,temperature probe method and heat transfer inertia method,which are the mainstream of the current research for thermal stress calculation model,are introduced and analyzed.Then,the development of heat transfer inertial method is particularly presented.The results show that the heat inertial method has features of fast speed and high precision,and it can ensure the safety of turbine rotor when units participate in power peaking.Therefore,this method is worth applying widely.
