汽轮机高温合金元素的X射线荧光光谱分析

摘要 为解决汽轮机用高温合金中元素成分快速测定的问题,针对X射线荧光光谱法开展研究。针对X射线光管电流电压值、样品面罩尺寸、测量晶体、准直器、测量时间等进行了优化,确定了最佳的仪器测量参数。针对标准样品体系进行了详细的对比分析,确定了以NiFeCo系列标样为基础,加入镍基及铁基标样共同绘制工作曲线的标样体系,并采用基本参数法(FP)进行基体效应的校正,得到了良好的分析结果。该方法准确度、精密度高,完全能够满足汽轮机高温合金材料化学成分测试的需要。 In order to realize the rapid determination of elements in superalloy of steam turbine,the method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was studied.In this research,various analytical conditions of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry were optimized,including the value of current and voltage,mask size,crystal,collimator,measuring time and so on.The best measurement parameters for instruments were determined.The differences between the working curves of standard samples in different systems were compared and analyzed.Based on the standard sample of NiFeCo series,nickel-based and iron-based standard samples were also selected to make the calibration curve.The fundamental parameters(FP)were adopted to correct the matrix effect.In this way,the results with good precision and high accuracy were obtained,which is able to meet the testing requirements.
