摘要
针对某厂1台新投产的6 000kW高背压汽轮机机组在带负荷过程中出现的不稳定振动故障,详细论述了该机的振动情况及振动特征,明确了其不稳定振动是由于轴端汽封动静碰磨和汽缸膨胀不畅造成的,并从设计、安装方面指出了问题的原因,采取了更换轴端汽封和排汽管膨胀节等措施,消除了机组的不稳定振动。研究成果可为解决同类振动问题提供参考。
Considering the problem of unstable vibration during the loading process for a new 6 000 kW steam turbine with high back pressure,the vibration and its characteristics were presented to make clear that the unstable vibration was caused by the rubbing between rotating and stationary parts of shaft end gland seal and incomplete cylinder expansion.And then,the design and installation were studied to indicate the cause of the problem.Therefore,the unstable vibration of the turbine set was eliminated by replacing the shaft seal and the exhaust pipe expansion joint.The research results are able to provide a reference for solving the similar vibration problems.
