离合器阻尼对汽车传动系统扭转振动的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究离合器阻尼参数对汽车传动系统扭转振动的影响,建立了5自由度的汽车动力传动系统参数化扭转振动仿真模型,以实测发动机转速作为模型的输入,对某前置后驱离合器从动盘的刚度、阻尼参数进行了优化,并对阻尼参数对传动系统扭转的影响进行了分析。将优化前后的离合器进行了装车测试,测试结果表明:优化后的离合器对传动系统的扭转振动效果比优化前得到明显改善,整车舒适性得到明显提高。 In order to study the effect of clutch damping parameters on torsional vibration of automobile transmission system, a 5-DOF parametric torsional vibration simulation model of automobile power transmission system is established. The measured engine speed is taken as the input of the model. The stiffness and damping parameters of the drive clutch follower are optimized, and the influence of the damping parameters on the torsion of the drive system is analyzed. The clutch before and after the optimization is tested. The test results show that the torsional vibration effect of the optimized clutch on the transmission system is obviously improved and the vehicle comfort is obviously improved.
