电厂自动化防腐喷涂装置设计和关键部件的有限元分析

摘要 针对现有电厂的人工喷涂效率低、工作环境恶劣、危险的问题,设计了一种基于电厂筒状贮箱自动喷涂装置,主要包括运输车及转动平台和自动油漆喷枪的结构设计,对转动平台中的滚轮支架、滚轮轴、滚轮支架轴进行了有限元分析。本设计具有高度自动化、运行平稳等优点,满足筒状贮箱自动喷涂的要求。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,poor working environment and danger of the existing power plants,a kind of automatic spraying device based on the cylinder tank of power plant was designed,which mainly includes the structure design of transportation vehicles,rotating platform and automatic paint spray gun,in the roller bracket,roller shaft,roller bracket axis finite element analysis. The design has a high degree of automation,smooth operation,etc.,to meet the requirements of automatic storage cylindrical tank.
