基于无钥匙系统电源分配模块自动代码研究

Research on Automatic Code of Power Distribution Module Based on Passive Entry and Passive Start System

摘要 针对汽车无钥匙系统中电源分配模块(PDM,Power Distribution Module)控制系统要求,基于MATLAB/Simulink建立了电源分配控制算法模型,并通过离线仿真对其控制算法的可行性进行了验证。同时,利用Targetlink软件完成了自动代码生成,并与专家(PE,Processor Expert)模式下生成的底层代码相融合,将其下载到控制器中进行了硬件在环验证,较手工代码而言,提高了开发效率。最后,利用Control Desk软件设计出测试系统界面,测试表明,PDM满足无钥匙系统要求。 According to the control system requirements of power distribution module(PDM) of Passive Entry and Passive Start(PEPS)system,based on MATLAB/Simulink,the power distribution control algorithm model is established,and an offline simulation is carried out to verify the feasibility of the control algorithm. At the same time,the automatic code generation is completed by using Targetlink software,and it is integrated with the underlying code generated by processor expert(PE). then it is downloaded to the controller and verified by hardware in the loop.Compared with manual code,it improves the development efficiency. Finally,the test system interface is designed by using Control Desk software,and the test shows that the PDM meets the requirements of the PEPS system.
