摘要
中间套是混凝土泵车泵送系统的重要零件,由于混凝土泵车出料口受力情况复杂,传统的计算方法分析中间套的受力情况有一定的难度。本文应用Workbench有限元分析技术,考虑出料口的多种非线性因素,建立有限元模型。通过计算得到中间套的刚度、应力分布和接触情况,找出薄弱部位,为结构优化提供依据,提升设计效率。
The middle sleeve is an important part of the concrete pump truck pumping system,because of the concrete pump truck discharge port force situation is complex. The traditional calculation method analysis of the mid-dle sleeve force situation has a certain degree of difficulty. In this paper,the work beam finite element analysis technique is used to establish the finite element model considering the various nonlinear factors of the outlet. The stiffness,stress distribution and contact condition of the intermediate sleeve are obtained through calculation,and the weak parts are found out,so as to provide the basis for structural optimization and improve the design efficien-cy.
