数控龙门铣床整体静力学分析及模态分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用有限元软件ANSYS建立某型数控龙门铣床的三维有限元模型,结合工程实际情况,以龙门铣床的极限工况为条件,进行静力学分析,得出龙门铣床的应力和位移分布云图;在其三维实体模型的基础上建立了该龙门铣床模态分析的有限元模型,通过对模型的求解得出前五阶固有振动频率和振型。所得结论为龙门铣床的结构设计和改型提供了重要的理论依据。 Based on the engineer practice and the limit working condition of gantry milling machine,this paper will make static analysis for getting stress and displacement distribution image. According to the three-dimension solid model,the finite element model for the modal analysis of this gantry milling machine is built. The natural vibration frequency and mode in first five stages are concluded through calculation of the model. The results of this research provide important theoretical bases for the structural design and modification of gantry milling machine.
