叉车水箱后方散热优化数值仿真研究

摘要 为了优化叉车水箱后方散热性能,首先建立水箱后方温度场分析的有限元数值模型,然后确定优化模型,定义优化变量、目标变量等,改变水箱后方车架及配重结构的几何形状,研究其对流动热场分布的影响,从而优化配重结构几何布局,使得热场在叉车内部的分布较弱,较强的热场分布于叉车之外。同时,改变叉车内部阻碍热流的消声器部件的位置,研究位置改变对热流分布的影响,提高叉车的散热效果。 In order to optimize the heat dissipation performance of the forklift truck,a finite element numerical model of the temperature field behind the tank is established in present paper. Then the optimization model was determined,the optimization and target variable were defined. The geometry of the rear frame and weight structure of the tank were changed,then the influence on the distribution of the flow heat field was studied,so as to optimize the geometric layout of the weight structure. So that the distribution of the heat field is weak in the forklift,and the strong heat field is distributed outside the forklift. At the same time,the position of muffler components which obstructs heat flow in forklift truck is changed,and the influence of position change on heat flux distribution is studied to improve the cooling effect of forklift truck.
