摘要
镍(Ni)是生产低温高强度球墨铸铁的一个重要元素,它可以提高铁素体的低温韧性,降低脆性转变温度。但是,Ni的价格昂贵,增加了生产成本。为了降低生产成本,提高效益,进行了无Ni低温高强度球墨铸铁YJ105A牵引电机机座的生产试验研究。研究结果表明,严格控制铁水的冶金质量,控制适量的C、Si、Mn、Ca、Ba、Re、S等元素的含量,特别是将锰含量严格控制在0.15%以下,选用优质球化剂和优质孕育剂,并配套严格的铸造工艺,完善各项参数的检测手段,无Ni低温高强度球墨铸铁YJ105A牵引电机机座的生产是可以实现的。
Ni is an important element in the production of low temperature and high strength ductile iron,which can improve the low temperature toughness of ferrite,reducing brittle transition temperature. However,Ni is expensive,increasing the cost of production. In order to reduce production costs,improve efficiency,were studied production of non-Ni low temperature and high strength ductile iron YJ105 A traction motor stands. The results show that,strictly control the quality of molten iron metallurgy,content control right amount of C,Si,Mn,Ca,Ba,Re,S and other elements,in particular manganese content of 0.15% or less strictly controlled,high-quality ball agent and inoculant quality,and supporting rigorous casting process,improve the means of detection parameters,non-Ni low temperature and high strength ductile iron YJ105 A traction motor frame production can be achieved.
