摘要 在正常运行工作中,M7130卧矩磨床出现主轴振动超标,噪音增大,特别是磨削加工工件进给量较大时(吃刀量0.10 mm),主轴振动特别明显,工件表面有明显振纹,表面粗糙度超差。结合日常维修经验判断,通过拆开磨头主轴观察其滑动轴承的研伤磨损情况严重,有明显的不均匀灼伤黑斑,找到了磨头主轴发生振动故障的主要原因,并对处理方法进行探讨,提出采用研磨刮配滑动轴承,调整轴承间隙,清理油池,更换主轴润滑油的方法,消除振动故障,使机床运行振动和噪音正常,加工零件精度合格。 In the normal operation,the spindle vibration of M7130 Horizontal Surface Grinding Machine exceeds the standard, the noise is increased, and when the grinding workpiece is fed with a large amount(tool consumption 0.10 mm), the spindle vibration is particularly obvious, and the workpiece surface has obvious chatter,surface roughness is poor. Judging from the daily maintenance experience,it was observed that the grinding wear of the sliding bearing was serious by disassembling the grinding head spindle,there was a distinct uneven burn spot,the main reason for vibration failure of the grinding head spindle was found,and the treatment method was discussed.,Proposed to use grinding scraping with sliding bearings,adjusting the bearing clearance,cleaning the oil pool,spindle oil replacement method to eliminate vibration failure,so that the machine running vibration and noise normal,processing parts accuracy.
