摘要
无油运转故障是离心压缩机比较严重的故障现象,基于2MCL455型离心压缩机无油运转故障现象,分析故障原因,提出故障修理方法,并简要介绍了离心压缩机修复后的安装与调试运行情况,为类似故障维修提供建议和意见。
Oil-free operation failure is a serious fault of centrifugal compressor.This paper mainly describes the oilfree operation fault phenomenon of 2 MCL455 centrifugal compressor,analyzes the cause of the fault,puts forward the repair method,and introduces the installation and commissioning of the centrifugal compressor,provides suggestions and comments for the similar breakdown maintenance.
