摘要
针对中空成型机挤出系统减速箱齿轮在设计寿命期间内出现点蚀的问题,通过理论计算分析,确定了齿轮过早出现疲劳点蚀故障的主要原因为载荷的波动、齿面精度差等导致了小齿轮疲劳点蚀剥落的发生,并采取了齿轮表面强处理、加强润滑以及提高齿轮加工装配精度等措施,使减速箱承载能力得到有效提高。经过一年的生产实践证明,改进后的减速箱运行使用状况良好,保证了装置的安全、平稳运行。
In view of the problem of pitting during the design life of the gear box gear in the extrusion system of the hollow molding machine,the main reason for the premature fatigue pitting failure of the gear is determined by the theoretical calculation and analysis. The occurrence of the fatigue pitting and peeling of the small gear is caused by the fluctuation of the load and the difference of the tooth surface precision. Gear surface strong treatment, enhanced lubrication and gear processing and assembly accuracy,and other measures, so that the bearing capacity of the gearbox is effectively improved. After one year's production practice,it is proved that the improved gearbox runs well and ensures the safe and stable operation of the device.
