摘要
目的:运用频域光学相干断层扫描技术(FD-OCT)检测经阿托伐他汀治疗后冠脉临界病变斑块变化情况,探讨FD-OCT技术的应用价值。方法:选取冠脉临界病变患者25例,每晚服用阿托伐他汀40 mg,连续强化治疗半年,运用FD-OCT技术检测治疗前后脂质斑块纤维帽厚度,并比较血清低密度脂蛋白浓度的变化。结果:脂质斑块纤维帽厚度治疗后较治疗前明显增加,(101.96±13.73)μm比(105.16±11.55)μm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清低密度脂蛋白浓度较治疗前明显下降,(2.20±0.30)mmol/L比(2.08±0.25)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FD-OCT作为一种精确的检测手段,能准确且直观地观察冠脉临界病变斑块情况,阿托伐他汀能有效的稳定冠脉临界病变斑块,降低血脂。
Objective Using the frequency threshold optical coherence tomography( FD-OCT) to test the effects of atorvastatin on the plaque in critical lesions of coronary heart disease,studying its value. Method 25 patients with coronary heart disease( without stent implantation) in our department were treated with atorvastatin 40 mg qn for 6 months,before and after treatment,we used OCT to detect lipid plaque fiber cap thickness. At the same time,low density lipoprotein( LDL-C) concentration of blood was detected. Results The thickness of lipid cap was increased significantly after treatment [( 101. 96 ± 13. 73) μm VS( 105. 16 ± 11. 55) μm,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05) ],while LDL-C of blood decreased significantly[( 2. 20 ± 0. 30) mmol/L VS( 2. 08 ± 0. 25) mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05) ]. Conclusion As a precise measure,FD-OCT can exactly detect plaque in critical lesions of coronary heart disease,atorvastatin is an effctive medicine to the diease.
