摘要
目的:观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉对肺炎支原体感染患儿炎性反应细胞因子及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取肺炎支原体感染的患儿60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上使用脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗。对比两组疗效、炎性反应与免疫功能变化情况及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后第1天,两组IL-10、IL-17水平较治疗前下降,CD_3^+、CD_4^+水平较治疗前上升,且观察组指标改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脾氨肽口服冻干粉治疗肺炎支原体感染可有效提升该病的治疗效果,缓解机体炎性反应,提升患儿免疫功能,促进其恢复,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the effect of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder on inflammatory factors and immune function in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Method 60 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,30 cases in each group. Control group was given routine treatment,while observation group was treated with spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder based on control group. The efficacy,inflammatory response,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group( P〈0.05); After treatment for 1 d,the levels of IL-10 and IL-17 in two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,the levels of CD3~+,CD4~+ increased compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of indexes in observation group was better than that in control group( P〈0.05); There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P〈0.05). Conclusion Spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder in treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can increase curative effects,relieve inflammatory response,enhance immune function and promote recovery of children,which has higher safety.
