改良头垫在玻璃体切割术后患者中的应用

The application of modified headscarf after vitrectomy

目的:探讨改良头垫在对玻璃体切割术后患者保持正确卧位的时间及舒适度的影响。方法:选取行玻璃体切割硅油填充术的患者80例为研究对象,对照组使用普通头枕实施玻璃体切除术后的常规护理,指导头低位的正确方法。试验组在玻璃体切割术后常规护理的基础上使用改良头垫进行针对性的体位护理。比较两组患者保持正确卧位的时间和舒适度。结果:在术后5 d内,试验组中患者能平均每天保持正确体位在12 h以上,占97.50%(39/40),明显高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.31,P<0.05);两组患者对术后体位感觉舒适者,试验组为97.5%(39/40),明显优于对照组的72.5%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.80,P<0.05)。结论:通过使用改良头垫进行针对性的体位护理能使患者更好地掌握正确卧位,有效地提高患者的舒适度,促进患者的康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified headscarf on the time and comfort of patients who maintain proper supine position after vitrectomy. Method Eighty patients with vitreous silicone oil filling were enrolled in our hospital. The control group used conventional head restraints to perform routine care after vitrectomy,the right way to guide the head low. The experimental group was treated with modified headscarf on the basis of routine care after vitrectomy. The time and comfort of the two groups of patients in maintaining a correct lying position were compared. Results Within five days after operation,the patients in the experimental group were able to maintain the correct position at 97. 50%（ 39/40） in 12 hours or more,which was significantly higher than that in the control group [77. 50%（ 31/40） ],The difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 7. 31,P〈0.05）.The two groups had 97. 5%（ 39/40） of the experimental group and 72. 5%（ 29/40） of the control group,The difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 9. 80,P〈0.05）. Conclusion By using the modified headscarffor targeted posture care can make patients better grasp the correct supine position,effectively improve the patient＇ s comfort and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
