创新网络对技术创新动态能力的影响路径分析——基于技术创新动态能力三维度理论构建

Influence Path Analysis of Innovation Network on Technological Innovation Dynamic Capabilities——Based on the Theoretical Construction of Three Dimension of Technological Innovation Dynamic Capabilities

文章以412家高新技术企业为样本,在对技术创新动态能力进行理论构建,及创新网络对技术创新动态能力三维度的影响作用进行理论分析的基础上,通过建立创新网络—技术创新动态能力—创新绩效的影响作用路径结构方程模型分析,验证了技术创新动态能力构成三维度之间的路径关系及其演化路径,也证明了创新投入、网络构建利用、内外资源整合的顺序依赖关系。实证结果也表明:创新网络中心性和关系质量是影响技术创新动态能力的关键因素,企业创新投入和对创新成果的转化能力是企业发展技术创新动态能力的重要基础。

With a sample of 412 high-tech enterprises, based on the theoretical construction of the technological innovation dynamic capabilities and the theoretical analysis of the influence of innovation network on three dimensions of technological innovation dynamic capabilities, to analyze the interaction effect this paper establish the structure equation path model of innovation network, technological innovation dynamic capabilities and innovation performance. This model analysis verifies the relation and evolution path of the three dimensions of the technological innovation dynamic capabilities, and also proves the order dependence of innovation investment,innovation network construction ＆ utilization, integration of internal ＆ external resources. The empirical results also show that the innovation network centrality and relationship quality is the key factor affecting the dynamic technological innovation capabilities, innovation investment and innovation achievements transformation ability is the base of enterprise technological innovation dynamic capabilities.
