企业社会责任对员工影响研究述评

摘要 随着中国社会经济的发展和社会时代的变迁,中国企业国际化的进程将进一步加速,中国企业如何更多地承担社会责任的问题,无论从理论上看还是从实践上看,都显得越来越迫切。学者对企业社会责任(CSR)的相关研究逐渐增多。文章通过对最近有关CSR的研究进行整理分析,发现对企业社会责任的研究多基于群体层面,如企业社会责任与企业竞争力的关系、企业社会责任信息披露方面的研究、企业社会责任对组织绩效的影响等,而更细致的对个体层面,包括对员工的影响的研究则相对较少。过往对企业社会责任的理解多是企业对"社会"的责任。研究的对象多是企业对社会环境、消费者、企业声誉等的影响,而缺乏企业履行社会责任对员工影响的研究。 With the development of economy and social change in China, and the accelerating process of Chinese enterprises’ internationalization, either in theory or in practice, taking corporate social responsibility has become more and more urgent in Chinese enterprises. Scholars’ research on corporate social responsibility(CSR) has gradually increased. Analyzing the research on the CSR, found that the study on corporate social responsibility is at the macro level, such as the relationship of corporate social responsibility and enterprises’ competitive power, corporate social responsibility information disclosure studies, corporate social responsibility impact on organizational performance. The research on the micro level, including the impact on staff is very seldom. In the past, the understanding of corporate social responsibility is mostly the responsibility of enterprises to society. The research object is the influence of the enterprise to the social environment, the consumer, the enterprise reputation and so on. The research about the impact of corporate social responsibility on employees is lacking.
