空间生产视角下的城市群分工机理探析

城市群是经济行为主体在市场机制下追求利益最大化的空间载体,空间资本驱动下的空间生产促进了城市的快速扩张和城市群的形成,集聚带来的生产率效应促进了产业的地区专业化。文章对城市群产业与空间的耦合机制进行深入分析,认为城市群发展中要特别注重促进形成区域经济一体化发展的政策,促进大中小城市和小城镇合理分工、功能互补、协同发展,形成与要素禀赋结构相匹配的城市群分工和空间组织机制,以消除由于要素价格扭曲导致的要素空间集聚失衡和产业空间分布的同构竞争现象,为此应建立分工合理、特色鲜明、优势互补的城市群分工体系,探索城市群的协同管理机制,摒弃千城一面和无序蔓延,避免陷入貌合神离的城市群空间格局陷阱,促进产业升级,提升城市群的竞争力和可持续发展。

Urban agglomerations are the spatial carriers for economic actors to pursue the maximization of their interests under the market mechanism. Spatial production driven by space capital promotes the rapid expansion of cities and the formation of urban agglomerations. The productivity effect brought about by agglomeration promotes the region of the industry specialization. The article gives an in-depth analysis of the coupling mechanism of urban agglomeration industry and space, and believes that in the development of urban agglomerations, we must pay special attention to policies that promote the development of regional economic integration and promote the rational division of labor, function complementarity, and coordinated development of large, medium, and small cities and small towns.The factor endowment structure matches the urban agglomeration division and spatial organization mechanism to eliminate the factor space agglomeration imbalance caused by the factor price distortion and the homogeneous competition of the industrial spatial distribution.To this end, a city with reasonable division of labor, distinct characteristics, and complementary advantages should be established. Group division of labor system, to explore the collaborative management mechanism of urban agglomeration, to abandon the one-sided and disorderly spread of the city, to avoid trapping into a distracting urban agglomeration pattern trap, to promote industrial upgrading,enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of urban agglomeration.
