摘要
基于方钢管柱-H型钢梁传统外加强环式及翼缘加强式节点,提出了一种新型外加强环式节点,直接将钢梁插入焊接在钢管柱之间的上下加强环板中间。设计了4个加强环焊接方式不同的新型节点,在轴压比为0.2的情况下开展了水平低周反复荷载试验,探讨了试件的破坏模态及特点;分析了各试件的承载力、延性、耗能能力以及加强环板和梁翼缘的应变分布等性能。结果表明:节点试件的荷载-位移滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力较好;X型焊缝处于加强环的应力集中区域,应尽量避免。
Based on the traditional reinforced-ring and flange-stiffened joint of square steel column-H type steel beam,a new type of externally-reinforced ring joint was proposed,which the steel beam directly inserts into between upper and lower reinforcing ring plates.Four new types of joints with different reinforcing modes were designed and the horizontal low cycle repeated loading test was carried out under axial compression ratio of 0. 2. The failure modes and characteristics of the specimens were discussed. The mechanical properties such as bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation,strain distribution on strengthening of the ring plate and beam flange were studied. The results showed that the load-displacement hysteresis curve of the joint was full and the energy dissipation capacity was good. The X-type weld was in the stress concentration area of the reinforcing ring and should be avoided as much as possible.
