摘要
采用高渗透型硅烷处理混凝土结构表面,可以有效降低混凝土表面的吸水率,提高混凝土的耐久性。本文采用刷涂和浸没两种硅烷浸渍工艺对0.39和0.49两种水灰比混凝土进行浸渍,测试了混凝土的吸水率和硅烷浸渍深度,并研究了不同硅烷用量对吸水率的影响。研究结果表明:硅烷浸渍对混凝土吸水率的降低幅度可以达到将近90%;硅烷浸渍深度大致在5~10 mm。混凝土强度等级越低,硅烷浸渍深度越大,硅烷浸渍对混凝土吸水率降低效果越好。
Silane impregnation can decrease the water absorption of concrete,and improve the durability. In this study,two kinds of silane impregnation methods,including brushing and immersion,were applied to the concrete surface to reduce water permeability. Two water to cement ratios,0. 39 and 0. 49,were selected for concrete proportioning. After the concrete was casted and cured to the designed age,the silane was applied onthesurface. The testing results show that silane impregnation decreased the water absorption up to 90%.The silane impregnation depth ranged from 5 to 10 mm. The impregnation depth increased with concrete strength decreased.
