氧化石墨烯对水泥胶砂力学及微观形貌的影响 被引量:7

The influence of graphene oxide on the strength and microstructure of cement mortar

摘要 氧化石墨烯(GO)在水泥基材料中存在着分散不均匀、易絮凝现象,为解决该问题,提高氧化石墨烯在水泥基材料中的使用效果,本文在合成聚羧酸(PC)减水剂的过程中添加氧化石墨烯,合成出一种新型的聚羧酸/氧化石墨烯(PC/GO)复合材料,研究了该复合材料对水泥胶砂力学性能及微观结构的影响。试验结果表明,在水泥胶砂中添加0.3%的PC/GO复合材料后,未发现GO的絮凝体,分散效果良好,且水泥胶砂的抗压强度比未添加GO时提高了20%,而且,微观结构测试结果显示胶砂在掺加复合材料后出现大量簇拥团聚生长的钙矾石,提高了胶砂整体的密实度,这也很好地对强度的提高做出了解释。 The dispersion level of graphene oxide(GO) in cement was improved by adding the GO dispersion in the process of synthesis of polycarboxylic acid(PC),and a new type of polycarboxylic acid/graphene(PC/GO) compound material was synthesized,because GO had been distributed unevenly and flocculated in the cement base material. Test results showed that the cement mortar added 0.3% of PC/GO found no oxidation flocculation of graphene,and dispersion effect was excellent,and the strength of cement mortar was 20%higher than mortar without adding GO. At the same time microstructure test results showed that after adding PC/GO mortar appeared a large number of cluster together the growth of ettringite,improved the whole the compactness of mortar,it was explained the improvement of strength.
