摘要
近年来,我国经济快速发展,城市化建设规模越来越大,许多大中型城市兴建了高速公路、大型停车场、高档小区等。以此同时,交通问题也日益突出。因此,人们对道路使用、机动车管理提出了更高的要求,在这种形势下,车牌自动识别系统应运而生。车牌识别系统中,字符识别技术是关键技术,它涉及了人工智能、计算机视觉、模式识别以及数字图像处理等多个领域。笔者针对车牌字符的特点,提出了一种基于两级组合分类的车牌字符识别算法。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and technology,social life has been progressing and urbanization has become more and more large.Many large and medium-sized cities have built highways,large parking lots,and high-end residential areas.At the same time,the rapidly growing number of cars is increasing the burden of cities,and the traffic problem is becoming more and more serious.People have put forward higher requirements for road use and motor vehicle management.In this situation,automatic license plate recognition system is produced.License plate character recognition technology is one of the key technologies in license plate recognition system.It covers many aspects including artificial intelligence,pattern recognition,computer vision and digital image processing and etc.In this paper,a character recognition algorithm based on two-level combination classification is proposed.
