Research and Application of Personalized Overseas Information Recommendation System Based on Web Data Mining

通过对留学网站的Web数据进行清理、筛选、分析等处理,研究了数据挖掘下的聚类和决策树个性化推荐系统在留学网站中的应用。利用聚类的k-means算法对数据进行多个指标的聚类,得到训练样本之后对决策树的ID3算法进行进一步分析,提高留学个性化推荐的准确性。以某个留学网站的数据为例进行数据分析,将研究结果应用于留学网站,作为个性化留学信息推荐的参考依据。

Through the data cleaning,filtering,data analysis and other processing on the Web data of the overseas study websites,the application of clustering and decision tree personalized recommendation under the data mining in the overseas study websites was studied.The clustering k-means algorithm is used to cluster multiple indexes of the data.After the training samples are obtained,the ID3 algorithm of the decision tree is further analyzed to improve the accuracy of the personalized recommendation of the overseas students.Taking data from a study website as an example,data analysis is carried out,and the research results are applied to study websites as reference basis for personalized study abroad information recommendation.
