近年来,人工智能技术迅猛发展,教育、医疗等多个领域在人工智能技术应用上都取得了巨大的突破,推动了行业的革新。税收领域也不断尝试应用人工智能技术,目前纳税人全息画像、动态信用评分等应用也获得了初步成果。笔者介绍了人工智能技术的发展历程及应用场景,并分析人工智能技术在税务咨询问答系统中的应用。

In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,education,medical and other fields have made great breakthroughs in the application of artificial intelligence technology,and promoted the innovation of the industry.The field of Taxation has also been trying to apply AI technology.At present,the application of taxpayer＇s hologram and dynamic credit scoring has achieved preliminary results.The author introduces the development process and application scenarios of AI technology,and analyzes the application of AI technology in tax consultation QA system.
