关于军民融合下民营企业装备质量监督工作探讨

Research on Equipment Quality Supervision of Private Enterprise Under Military and Civilian Integration

为解决装备生产过程难控、质量状况不清、服务保障不畅等问题,对军民融合下民营企业装备质量监督工作进行探讨。分析民参军企业质量管理面临的困难和军代表质量监督出现的新情况,提出应对策略和建议。结果表明:军代表作为重要的参与者和监督者,要充分发挥职责使命,为国防装备建设把好关、站好岗。

In order to solve the problems of difficult control of equipment production process, confused quality status and poor service support, this paper discusses equipment quality supervision of private enterprises under military and civilian integration. This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the quality supervision and management of the people＇s military representatives and the new situation of the quality supervision of the military representatives, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that military representatives, as important participants and supervisors, should further give full play to their duties, and stand up well for the national equipment.
