摘要
为了对装备作战需求方案进行准确评估,对装备作战需求方案的评估流程和系统设计进行研究。针对装备作战需求方案评价的特点,引入关键控制点机制实现对整个评估工作的有序控制,构建基于关键控制点的装备作战需求方案评价流程,并就系统功能和系统开发流程进行了相关探讨。研究结果表明:该系统能够降低人的主观因素对评价结果的影响,提高了评价结论的可信度,对研究装备作战需求方案评价系统有一定的参考价值。
The evaluation process and system design of equipment operational requirement scheme are studied in order to accurately evaluate the equipment operational requirement scheme. The paper introduces the key control point mechanism to realize the orderly control of the whole evaluation work according to the scheme evaluation's characteristics of equipment operational requirement, and then the evaluation process of equipment operational requirement scheme are constructed based on the key control point. The system functions and system development process are discussed. The results show that the system reduces the influence of subjective factor on the assessment results, exalts the credibility of the results, and provides reference for researching on equipment operational requirement scheme evaluation system.
