摘要 为了解不同材料参数对防护结构防护性能的影响,对泡沫铝材料防护性能的数值进行模拟。针对应用AUTOUDYN软件数值模拟单一泡沫铝作防护材料时对爆炸冲击波的衰减特性,设计防护结构为圆柱形的3维实体,根据圆柱形轴对称的特性,建立2维仿真简化模型,采用2维欧拉多物质算法数值模拟单一泡沫铝圆柱形防护结构,得出其对爆炸冲击波的衰减效果。结果表明:泡沫铝对冲击波有着显著的衰减作用,可为泡沫铝在相关复合防护结构中的应用提供参考。 In order to understand the influence of different material parameters on the protective performance of protective structure, the numerical simulation of the protective performance of aluminum foam material was carried out. The attenuation characteristics of blast wave were studied by using AUTOUDYN software to simulate single aluminum foam as protective material. According to the characteristics of cylindrical axisymmetry, a simplified 2 dimensional simulation model is established, and a two-dimensional Euler multi-material algorithm is used to numerically simulate a single aluminum foam cylindrical protective structure. The results show that aluminum foam has a remarkable attenuation effect on shock wave, which can be used in the related composite protective structure. And it also provides reference for application of foam aluminum in related complex defense structure.
