凉山州美姑县居民包虫病防治知识及相关行为调查

A survey on knowledge about echinococcosis control and related behavior among residents in Meigu County,Liangshan Prefecture,China

目的:了解凉山州美姑县居民包虫病防治知识及相关行为,为开展包虫病防治提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,在该县五个地区随机抽查265人,对包虫病防治知识和卫生行为作出评价。结果:18~30岁知晓率高于其他年龄人群(P<0.005),男性和女性人群之间关于包虫病的知晓程度差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.752,P=0.053);农民和其他职业人群的知晓率明显高于其他职业人群(P<0.003);结论:应坚持预防为主,防治结合,多部门紧密配合,结合当地社会及经济状况,采取包括宣传教育在内的综合防治措施。

Objective：To investigate the knowledge about echinococcosis control and related behavior among the residents in Meigu County,Liangshan Prefecture,China,and to provide a basis for the echinococcosis control strategy.Methods：A questionnaire survey was performed in 265 residents randomly selected from five regions in Meigu County to assess their knowledge about echinococcosis control and related behavior.Results：The awareness rate of knowledge about echinococcosis control was significantly higher in the residents aged 18~30 years than in other residents（P〈0.005）,but it was not significantly different between male and female residents（3.752,P=0.053）;in addition,the peasants had a significantly higher awareness rate of knowledge about echinococcosis control than other residents（P〈0.003）.Conclusion：We should combine prevention with treatment,advocate multi-sector coordination,consider local social and economic conditions,and carry out comprehensive control measures including health education.
