摘要 为解决液压手动油泵卡滞问题,根据整车运行原理,搭建简易试验工装,模拟整车运行状态,进行故障再现模拟实验,确认故障现象。然后进一步对故障件进行拆解分析并结合故障件工作原理图,确定问题点,提出零部件改进措施。通过零部件出厂清洁度检测及实际装车验证,改进效果佳。 To solve the blocking problem of hydraulic manual pump, set up simple test tooling and simulate the vehicle operating conditions in accordance with the vehicle operating principle. Conduct the fault reappearing simulating experiment to confirm the fault phenomenon. Then carry out the disassembly analysis on the defective components and determine the problem points combined with defective components working schematic to propose component improvement measures. The improvement effort is ideal by component factory cleanness inspection and practical installation verification on the vehicle.
