摘要
为了提高电磁兼容实验室传导抗扰度—大电流注入(BCI)法测量结果的一致性,文章根据电磁兼容标准ISO 11452-4:2011中的规定的要求和方法,结合CNAS-GL07:2006,分析了影响其测量不确定度的各种因素,建立了不确定度分析和评定的数学模型,经分析和计算后,准确得到不确定度的评定结果,确定了测量结果的可信度。
In order to improve the consistency of results of the conducted immunity-Bulk current injection(BCI) test method of electromagnetic compatibility laboratory, various factors affecting its measurement uncertainty are analyzed, and a mathematical model for uncertainty analysis and evaluation is established in this paper. After analysis and calculation, the evaluation results of the uncertainty are accurately obtained, and the credibility of the measurement results is determined.
