摘要
针对汽车发动机盖在关闭过平衡点后如何通过气弹簧合理布置实现自关闭开展的研究。为实现气弹簧人机要求、关闭保持力、自关闭等目标,提出气弹簧的优化布置要求。从能量角度出发,列出气弹簧布置优化与校核的方程式。结合某汽车铝机盖气弹簧布置优化的实例,给出了气弹簧布置优化后的具体位置,并对其各项指标进行校核计算,结果表明所提出的气弹簧布置优化方法可行有效。
A research on how to achieve self-closing through the reasonable layout of gas spring after passing the balance point during the closing of the engine cover. In order to achieve the goals of gas spring man-machine requirements, closing force and self-closing, etc., the optimal layout requirements for gas springs are proposed. From the energy point of view, the equations for the optimization and verification of gas spring layout are listed. Combined with an example of the optimization of the gas spring layout of an automobile aluminum engine cover, the specific location of the gas spring layout optimization is given, and the calibration calculation of each index is performed. The results show that the gas spring layout optimization method proposed is feasible and effective.
